This Privacy Policy describes how Valcann processes the personal data collected through the valcann.com.br website and the forms available on it, in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD) and other applicable regulations. By using the website, you acknowledge the conditions described herein.

Valcann, which operates as EPI-USE Cloud Services for Latin America and is part of the Group Elephant ecosystem, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. This Policy applies to the corporate website and complements any specific service terms or agreements entered into with Valcann; in the event of conflict, the terms of the specific agreement prevail.
